DVMUG\u2019s BBS runs on software called FirstClass. It is recommended that you download the \u201cclient\u201d–user–software to connect to the BBS server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Install FirstClass Client for DVMUG BBS<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Double Clink the icon DVMUG BBS Install <\/strong>to install the software.
After installation you will find the FirstClass <\/strong>application in your Applications <\/strong>folder. Drag the FirstClass <\/strong>icon in your Applications <\/strong>folder onto the Dock<\/strong>.
Click on the FirstClass <\/strong>icon after placing it in your Dock <\/strong>to setup the DVMUG BBS<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In the FirstClass Login window
Click on the blue triangle next to Advanced<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In the FirstClass Login window Click on the Setup..<\/strong>. Button<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Select Connect via:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

and enter<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In the DSL-CableModem.FCP window.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Select Protocol: TCP\/IP <\/strong>and<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Select Port number: TCP Default (510)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Click on the blue Save <\/strong>button on the bottom right.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You can choose your own User ID <\/strong>and Password<\/strong>.
After entering you chosen User ID <\/strong>and Password<\/strong>, click on the Save <\/strong>button. Click the Green Button with the White Arrow <\/strong>to Log In.
Fill out the Autoregistraton <\/strong>screen.
Fill out the Request Validation <\/strong>message in the START HERE <\/strong>folder.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
